Will u guys suggest me for breakfast, but it should be a healthy .

I have continued to running so breakfast is more important for me.

Any suggestion in fruits for runners

You might find this article about Nutrition for Runners helpful - it is written by a Sport's Nutritionist - and there are some low GI (glycaemic index) options included as well, depending on your food preferences:

Hi,

My standards are chia, gf oat and plant milk porridge topped with a banana or stewed fruit compote or a scant drizzle of date nectar, or honey, agave etc.

or

ground chia, cocoa, plant milk, banana for a "chocolate banana overnight pudding" with a little stevia mixed in and plant yogurt topper.
