We all know how good avocado's are for us so I've been looking at different ways of including it our diets.
In Brazil they often eat Creme de Abacate, which is basically a savoury dip made by blending ripe avocado's with a little lime juice and black pepper so this is a very healthy dip. You can also make a dip using cream and I used some soya cream.
And you can sweeten and have it for a sweet, I don't eat much sugar but really like raw honey so I used a little runny Acacia honey and added a few raspberries and I grated some dairy free vegan chocolate on top and have to apologise about the presentation, as my preferred style is basic/naive...LOL
And on that happy note...π
