Having pimples and black spots on my tender face, of which I do not know how to go about it. Have used some cream but to no avail. Using the honey and cinnamon powder as face mask, I feel itches on my face. Any help please?

Are you allergic to anything that is in the cream/mask? Have you seen the doctor about the itching?

I think the cinnamon powder. Yet to see a doctor.

Please schedule an appointment with a doctor and let the receptionist know that you're having some allergic reaction to a type of powder you had been using. The doctor may have something to help.

Good skin starts on the inside. Make sure you eat lots of fresh fruit & vegetables, & avoid processed food. Eat a good probiotic as gut health is extremely important for balancing hormones.

Try using finely ground oats as a gentle exfoliator, then leave it on your face for 10 minutes before rinsing with cool water. I like to mix the oats with witch hazel which is tonifying & also soothing for sensitive skin. Avoid using soap or chemical products. I find olive oil soap isn't so bad if I make it myself. Oat based wash bars are good as they don't aggravate sensitive skin & are economical. There are two French companies that sell them for about £5, though often less, & they last for months.

Helpful... Thanks a lot. But I do not know the reason why I have a sensitive face but not my body.

Different parts of the body react differently to different items used on or in it. Not everyone can have milk with lactose, so the companies have milk that is lactose free, or made with soy. I hope this helps.

My skin is sensitive everywhere, especially my face. It's not unusual. :(

What do you use on your face, BadHare ?

I wash with an oat bar instead of soap, & rinse my face with water. Sometimes a muslin cloth to exfoliate, In the evening usually witch hazel or rose water. Stronger products make my skin even more oily & sore. I use a sensitive shower gel on my body. Occasionally, I scrub with my leftover coffee grounds, though this makes a mess!

Pretty much. Your face must be very smooth with all that.
