One of the BIGGEST benefits of my no oils WFPB diet is that I can simply stuff myself silly on anything on my diet and I can guarantee that I will have no weight or other long-term health issues. My biggest challenge is likely to be my stomach feeling bloated for an hour or two.

Don't want to put a downer on this but surely any ' plan' that allows you to feel you can stuff yourself until you feel uncomfortable is not laying down good eating habits fir the rest of your life.
