I also love eating berries, and usually have some daily - especially blueberries - and like Jerry - I also really like raspberries (but don't have them that often). I try to have strawberries regularly too.

Looking at the list in the article you posted, I have never tried Acai berries - so I wonder what they are like - have you tried them? What do they taste like?

Acaí berries can help lower your blood sugars, so if you’re on insulin (type 1 or 2), you have to talk to your doctor before eating them, Zest. I looked up acai berries years ago.
