Creating new healthy program

hello, I made a new program for myself. 3 main meals 3 side meals and this program will be predominantly protein.

-main meals

morning; white of egg, some cheese, green tea,banana

afternoon ; boiled chicken, some rice

evening; some tuna on pasta

-side meals

Apple,banana,raisin

What do you think?Please help me and you say what you think.

Seems good.

You can add a slice of bread for BF and dinner. Its is okay.

Also you can add more salads in between if you are hungry.

Drink lots of water or salted lime water.

Do not starve or stay hungry. Eat mindfully and chew slowly.

If you do follow this make sure the rice is brown rice and the pasta wholemeal.

It depends what your goal is - for short term weight loss it could work, but longer term I'd not regard it as particularly healthly.

It's very heavy on the fats and protein, and you've not mentioned vegetables at all. I'd be concerned about the low fibre content and the lack of nutrients due to that, and the effect on the kidneys of having to process so much protein.
