I'd like to show some very easy recipes with only a few ingredients that anyone can make. This morning I made some of these pancakes with one banana and one egg and it made 4 pancakes. I had Sultanas with mine and what I do is I soak them in boiling water to make them softer and also warmer so they help to keep the pancakes warm.
I mashed a banana and then beat in an egg and while the pan was warming up (I use olive oil) I mixed it thoroughly, if you make the pancakes small like these they are easier to flip and you just wait until they are cooked around the edges then gently lift them and flip and et voila.
I have a little runny honey with mine too ๐ฏ and what a lovely breakfast...
It amazes me that with a tiny bit of effort you can turn a banana and egg into these pancakes.

Hi Jerry, I make these sometimes, same ingredients, but sometimes have difficulty flipping it over and end up with banana scramble! What a better idea to make it into smaller ones!
