Good morning everyone, I make my own bread and have to make some this morning so I made some pancakes for my breakfast using plain GF flour, 1 free range egg and some Goats milk and I had 4 pancakes with sliced banana and some raspberries and as I don't add sugar or salt to food I added a little raw Acacia honey and they hit the mark. I see pancakes as fast healthy food.
