Breakfast Frittata πŸ“πŸ…

Good morning folks, this is what I made for breakfast today, it is a very easy recipe and is basically baked scrambled eggs and it makes a good packed lunch when cold and for a supper with onions cheese and herbs or feta cheese and chiles...it is what ever we want to make it.

I made this with 2 eggs equal amount of milk and baby plum tomatoes cut in half, turn the oven on, mix the eggs, milk and tomatoes and then whack it in the oven 150c for approx 20 mins, this makes 2 portions, with home made gluten free bread toasted.

I have to apologise about how I presented the pink grapefruit 😟 But it tasted good and is a great way to wake up our digestive system 😊

Nom! πŸ…

I’ve just been staring at this on my phone. I spotted something potentially eggy, & was trying to work out what was in it. Need stronger specs! πŸ™„

So far today, I’ve only had two large decaffs. I’m well behind you & Zest.

ps I’m dreading more food & meds price hikes!πŸŠπŸ‡πŸ‹πŸˆπŸ₯‘πŸ₯πŸπŸ‘πŸ’πŸ…πŸ†πŸ§€πŸŒΆβ˜•οΈπŸ΅πŸ«πŸšπŸ˜

Mmmm, that looks really good!!! I think the presentation is excellent too - including your pink grapefruit! :-)

Hope you're having a great day.

Zest :-)

Thank you, the grapefruit was a bit basic LOL πŸ™‚

Any presentation is better than my grapefruit! I them cut in half, then use a sharp paring knife to cut the pith. Eating them after peeling is quite difficult, as well as messy! :(

You're welcome, I hope you enjoy it 😊

Thanks for sharing Jerry and never thought of doing anything like this with eggs and then cutting it up cold - food for thought!

Alicia :)
