So I am so close to my weigh in! I’m excited and nervous! I had to have a sneak peak every other day to make sure I was on track and believe I am! So fingers crossed I’ve lost a little more by my weigh in!
Today I’ve had my usual weetabix and semi skimmed milk this morning for breakfast!
Small left over portion of chilli con carne and some rice for dinner at work
Only eaten half of my grapes that I brought as a snack to work!
Plenty of water consumed and half a cup of tea!
For dinner I’m going to have a miniature fry up, with sausage, bacon and beans! All calories counted up and still some to spare! Woohoo!
Can’t believe how quickly this week is going!
