Breakfast, ham brown bread sandwiches and crisps, and chilli con carne for tea! With fruit for snacks. Way in my calories for today! I’ve weighed myself and I’ve lost my week goal target of 3lbs already! Let’s hope I can keep it off and keep losing! 💪🏼

I’ve just done a brisk walk and a small run back, don’t know whether or not I feel okay at the moment! Ahaha. Kidding it’ll hopefully get better with time!

Everything in moderation! Nothing wrong with eating a bag of crisps, I’ve lost nearly 4lbs in 4 days and it seems to be working. I’m not going to cut out everything, I eat no chocolate, no biscuits or cake. I’ve swapped certain things for healthier options. It’s working for me, if you’re cutting out everything it’ll never work and you’ll never stick to it.
Agree with you here Hannah because if you cut everything out that you enjoy you'll never keep it up and fall off the wagon.
Also whatagame77, honesty is key, I’m not ashamed I have eaten a bag of crisps not will I let someone make me feel like I’ve done badly for eating a bag of crisps!
