It is Saturday and today is the day I weigh myself, in the morning.
I managed to maintain my weight. I jumped for joy as I have kept it off as I know it is the hardest part of your weight loss journey is keeping it off. I am proud to say that I have managed to keep it off for years and I will continue to do so, for my health.
I have learned so much from calorie counting about moderation and taking in so much knowledge of food that I eat. During my weight journey I created my own calorie counting book of every day foods I eat.
So happy.
I would like to say thanks to the N.H.S for introducing calorie counting.

Congratulations on maintaining your weight loss, that is really great. Very healthy. Fantastic that you created your own calorie counting book too. Glad you're feeling happy, and hope you have a wonderful weekend.
I also appreciated the guidelines from the N.H.S. - they helped me on my weight loss journey too.
Hello Lotus-Blossom and very well done you, I'm also very pleased that the NHS calorie counting has helped you and helped you to maintain the weight loss you've obviously understood it to create your own calorie counter book.
We have a Weight Winner badge if you would like one as it sounds like you deserve one so if you would please just say and it will be assigned.
Thanks for the positive feedback of the NHS I hope that you enjoy your weekend now.

That's so lovely to hear and well done. I too calories counted when I was a lot younger, there were no other diets back then (the 70's). I have mainly kept the weight off for over 40 years, just a couple of slip ups.
