hello!!!

I have to start this by saying - wow, I'm so overwhelmed by the dedication I have for this and eating healthy and losing weight, I've really surprised myself! (Good thing)

So today I went and bought a nutri bullet, so I could try something a bit different with my meals! I'm really in need of some food recipes for a nutri bullet, smoothies, shakes, meal replacements! If anyone has anything that could help I would be grateful thank you!

- my summer body may be coming late but it will come at some point! Lol
