Im starting this new week thankful that Ive taken the decision to get my diet under control Ive looked out my calorie counting recipe books and have had a clear out of my cupboards putting away chocolate biscuits and other temptations in my visitors tins Hopefully I will stay strong Hopefully I shall get support on this site as I need to know I can post my feelings It helps so much Ive lost weight on a computer programme before so I know I can do it ! Good luck to us all Please keep me posted on your change of lifestyle
