Hello guys first i want to say im really looking forward to all the advice you guys have to give on not just weight loss but how to live a healthy FUN life

So far i am on Juice plus and i have lost a good 5 pounds since starting it!

just for people to understand i am a 30 stone man and want to change so i can be around for my Fiance and future children.

My fiancee wants to get married and i want to look the best atleast as good as when i met her before my weight went out of control!

So i am here not just Promoting Juice plus and how it can change the lives of not just myself but those around me but also to get some more advice on how to lose this weight get healthy and be someone who can be there for my future wife and kids!
