Tea is the most of the people choice in the morning time. Lots of people refresh their mind and body by drinking a cup of Tea. Several people are not well known about the health benefits of Tea.

There are different Type of Tea's Available in this World:

1.Black Tea.

2.Green Tea.

3.White Tea.

4.Oolong Tea.

Black Tea:It protects the lungs from smoking effects, increases the circulatory system function.

Green Tea: It fight against cancer and preventing from heart attack, stroke disease.

White tea: It has anticancer properties.

Oolong tea: It helps to reduce the Body weight.

Tea is gives good health benefits to the human body. Drinking 3 to 4 cup of tea is really useful to the body health.
