Probably start your day by eating healthy and nourishing foods that will keep you full longer and helps to reduce cravings for unhealthy treats. For example, have two hard boiled eggs with vegetables of choice at breakfast instead of cereals. Having a protein at every meal will help you manage your food cravings. All the best!

Try cutting out or reducing sugar in your diet and refined carbs and fast food as these leave you crashing and craving more...like a yoyo all day. It's really hard at first but stick with it. As matets said- eat things that keep you fuller and burn slower- good protein (chicken, eggs, fish) brown or whole meal options, less white carbs (bread, pasta, pastries, pizza) and loads of fresh veg. Best way to avoid bad food is NOT buy it in the first place and prepare your healthy snacks and dinners in advance. Make them colourful and appetising, look at healthy recipes to inspire you....enjoy and good luck

The best way to get off the bad food is probably to do it gradually. Promise yourself that for just one meal a day you will only eat live natural; foods - fruits - veg - nuts - seeds. Having done that you can treat? yourself to your usual junk for the rest of the day. After a few days your body will probably have appreciated the extra nourishment so much that it will demand more of the good stuff and your desire for the junk will fade away.

Your body craves bad foods like candies and refined carbs because it's a fast source of energy, so it might indicate that your body is not properly nourished. Once you start eating fruits, vegetables and such you won't find yourself craving those bad things in no time. It happenned to me too and that's something everybody who eats well always share. Check up healthy easy recipes on Youtube, there are lots of good videos there. Good luck.

You might try getting the bad foods out of your house. So at least while you are at home you will not be tempted by things you shouldn't be eating. 🐾

Www. Live energized.com is Guy made a website all about alkaline foods eating right no sugars he has recipes lot of them are free. Me I drink a green drink in the morning. It doesn't taste that good but it keeps me energized I'm full until lunch. I put a bunch of kale spinach to carrots to celery tablespoon of turmeric inch of ginger one avocado and I blend it until it's liquefied. Sometimes I'll put an apple or some blueberries in it as well it helps with the taste
