Does anyone know much about garlic oil? I recently read somewhere (can't remember where) that it's good for your blood-- it keeps platelets from sticking together, and keeps plaque from sticking to artery walls. Does anyone know if the benefit is from supplements or if there is garlic oil that you can use in cooking? I have not gone online to do any research yet and was hoping to hear from folks who may have experience with it.
