Hope everyone is doing well.... I currently weight 158.2lbs I've had four beautiful kids and I have annoying belly fat and back fat especially above my butt!!!๐ณ๐ I'm looking to loose mostly my belly fat i have a wedding coming up in june that i am participating in and i wanna look good in the dress im supposed to wear and i also have a birthday coming in june and ive found the perfect outfit but i dont wanna look like a beach whale in it!!!! I've been trying to get to the gym but from work to being a full time single mom i have to do things at home without workout equipment! Which is fine i can make it a family activity my children love doing things with me and i love doing things with them they are my biggest supporters and biggest critics as well.... I've been wanting to try this coconut oil or vicks vapor rub and saran wrap technique and i also wanna try eating coconut oil as i hear its very beneficial and helps get rid of body fat and i need advice on exercises i can do at home to tone my body as well!!!! Has anyone taking the coconut oil or done the saran wrap ordeal??

Coconut oil (in and of itself) doesn't help you lose fat, although it can certainly be a part of a healthy diet.
There is no magic cure for a bad diet. Fat deposited in weird places (eg., your lower back) is your body crying out for mercy - it's making last-ditch attempts to keep you alive in the face of an onslaught of poor nutrition.
If you're serious about this, you need to completely re-evaluate the way you eat. Have a look through your cupboards and make an honest assessment of the quantity of junk. How much is in brightly-coloured packets with a list of chemical ingredients? How much is made from textured corn and soy? How much is "convenience food" like pasta and pour-over sauces? We've come to accept these things as normal because of slick advertising and tacit government support, but they're making us ill and fat.
Get back to basics: vegetables, meat, eggs, dairy. Lose the sliced white bread, breakfast cereals, and prepackaged meals. Buy yourself a nice recipe book (I know everyone lays into Jamie Oliver, but his recipes are simple, no-nonsense food). You can fix this, but it's not as easy as buying some saran wrap and coconut oil.

I second that and I shall also add that you might want to check foods with sugar in it (refined sugar that is).
Fruit has sugar in it too but this is naturally occuring sugar, this is not bad or addictive and does not pile on the pounds as much.
I got rid of all snacks that temp me yesterday and all soda i had ๐ณ๐ญ im already crying inside lol
you won't be crying much longer though, you'll hopefully start to lose weight and if like me, you will be saying to yourself that you would rather eat a pack of dates rather than a pack of Galaxy Minstrels.
I have looked though vegan cook books and there are loads of foods to eat sweet, comfort foods but not pile on the pounds cos it has no added crap in it.
Where I live there is a vegan bakery and I usually by vegan wagon wheel slices there. They are lush.
But sadly though the bakery closes at the end of next month :(.
Why?
Well the council where I live is very greedy and the owner of the bakery has to pay an extortionate amount each month.
Plus the bakery is kind of out of the way for other people so it isn't exactly noticeable.
And the bakery is a local business and it is hard to compete against the big supermarkets.
Supermarkets are bringing in more vegan choices now which is a brilliant thing but it means that most people would do there healthy shopping at a supermarket rather than pay out at a local business that is out of the way :(.

It's worth checking out a guy called Joe Wicks - he specialises in no equipment, HIIT workouts - you'll find a few workouts on YouTube and he has lots of recipes on Instagram.
Plastic wraps work for about a week, but after that, you've sweated out any water weight, and you'll not really lose any weight following that. An exercise plan will help you firm up and slim down long term
I would look up body weight exercises on youtube. eg push ups against the wall etc, that might help.

I started exercising from YouTube videos and came across Lucy Wyndham-read! She is fantastic and targets exercise is specific areas you want to get rid off. Give it a try and let us know. Also I cut how salt and bread as it makes me bloat, Iโm a similar weight to you.
