Hi bipper ,

Welcome to the Healthy Eating forum. :-) Sorry to hear you've broken your wrist, and I hope that you recuperate well.

Have a look at the 'Healthy eating pages' from NHS Choices for some ideas on healthy eating, and there is also an extremely supportive forum called NHS weight loss that you might want to look at too - another forum within Health unlocked - where they have weekly weigh-ins (free and supportive).

Wishing you well with your goals, and hope to see you round and about in the Healthy eating forum.

Zest :-)
