Having lost nearly 2 stones on the blood sugar diet 18 months ago, I've managed to put it back on again since I started working and having a very sedentary job. However, for the sake of my health, I'm starting afresh today and looking for moral support to get that weight off again. I haven't always been overweight and I believe I can get back to a healthier weight again. I know that low carbs work for me, I just need to watch the calories too. I've not exercised much in the last 12 months so I'm starting with at least 10 minutes brisk walking at least once a day. Looking forward to reading your posts.
Well done, every long journey starts with one tiny small step. I have begun today also, healthier eating . I have just committed to eating no chocolate, sweets or cakes in January. We can do this
Welcome to you and Pennybee to the Healthy eating forum, and well done on your new starts for January - wishing you success with your goals, and hoping you're enjoying your week so far.
