I just made Chia Jam for the first time!πŸ˜‹Thank you Cooper27 for your wonderful recommendation! πŸ˜ŠπŸ™β€οΈπŸŒΊ

I’m so excited to make Chia jam this late afternoon as I looked it up on YouTube how to make it. It is so quick, easy, no mess, healthy and tasty. πŸ˜‹πŸ‘

I love how no sugar added and no canning process needed. It can last in the fridge about one week too.πŸ˜πŸ‘Œ

You can use any of your favorite fresh fruits or frozen fruits. I currently have frozen mixed fruits of mango, peach, pineapple and strawberries plus the rest of my fresh strawberries. Slow heat to cook these fruits, mash them right in the pot, add 1/2 cup of chia seeds while stirring well. Within 15 mins, you get yourself a delicious snack full of vitamins, fiber and omega-3. You can keep Chia jam in containers as I use my mason jar in the fridge for snack, or in freezer for later consumption. There’re many ways you can eat it so be creative! πŸ˜‡

That’s a great idea to put on a crispy waffle. I’m now gluten free so I need to go get some from supermarket, do you have any suggestion for me? πŸ€—πŸ‘

Thank you! I did. We had brown rice, tofu, coconut curry sauce and Greek yogurt.

Brown rice is so healthy too. I’m changing my diet now and thanx to you and other GF members in HE show me what to replace and make from now on. Much appreciated! πŸ™

I’m glad they invest in GF products now that give us consumers many delicious choices. I saw the blueberry waffles, I might try that one. πŸ˜πŸ‘

I think the rule of thumb I was given was a tbsp of chia seeds per cup of raw ingredients, if anyone wanted to make a smaller batch :)
