I've just had a salad sandwich with fresh salad it was simple but prefect. 👍

I have had some left over roast chicken with salad and just having banana bread and a cup of earl grey tea now. What did you decide on?

Soya mince, garlic, onion, tomato, basil and pepper , normally I avoid onion and garlic with my ibs but it was all I had left in the cupboard

I did avoid soya for a month but never had any problems. Sorry u have IBS as well, I had it really bad when I was a teenager, then had no issues at all until this time last year, and it was because I had eaten some gluten free bran flakes, that was the trigger and still I'm battling to get it under control.

Hope yours is under control

Mine is ok about 90% of the time, when it does kick in i usually manage to sort it with ginger tea, bananas.. i also take a strong probiotic daiy which helps.. its awful when it gets going though..

Exercise helps it too.

Bananas help me yes.. think it's the potassium,water and fibre in them that help..

I had a ham salad for lunchwhich was very nice. Lol made scones didn’t turn out the will so they are in the bin lol
