but cheese isn't healthy?? The Physicians Committee on Responsible Medicine warned in "The New York Times" that cheese can contribute to the development of colic, allergies and digestive problems.
cow's milk may be a contributing factor in the development of childhood-onset diabetes. It can also increase the risk of iron deficiency in children. Children with unidentified sensitivities to dairy products can even develop chronic ear problems and respiratory problems.
To me it is a personal prerogative and depends on the requirement of that individual, according to his or her lifestyle.
I just think there is a conflict to whether Cheese is good or bad. Medical News today quotes the possible dangers of eating cheese but concludes like this- "The solution to whether cheese is good or bad for health is not definite and varies depending on the person and their specific dietary needs."

Then there is authority nutrition claiming cheese to be not as bad as it is made out to be.

Obviously I haven't done an extensive research on the topic and neither I am an expert. I believe I could be very well mistaken. So you can use skim mozzarella cheese made from grass fed cows or a total non dairy alternate like daiya products.
All in all, I just need a reason to eat Quinoa Pizza
think small portions at lunchtime, a big meal can make you feel sluggish and tired, I stick to a small salad & yoghurt, or a nice bowl of soup with some low calorie crackers. Keep it light.
Thanks😊
I personally believe in eating a substantial lunch to prevent mid afternoon munchies 😊 So, soup, small sandwich (2x28g slices of bread) and piece of fruit. Toast with beans/cheese and tomatoes/eggs with mushrooms etc. Omelettes are also good, or pitta bread stuffed with char grilled peppers. If I am away from home then a packed lunch of salad sandwich with extra cherry tomatoes, fruit and a few nuts to top up the protein. Also try to drink about a pint of water before during and after lunch.
Lots of recipes on the site if you look at the pinned posts.
Good luck 😊
but cheese and eggs aren't healthy? perfectformuladiet.com/plan...
I only buy free range eggs, (and have kept chickens) and have never found a chick inside!! In the UK poultry farming is strictly regulated.
Eggs and cheese (along with milk and yogurts) are valuable sources of protein, a vital component of a healthy diet. They also keep hunger at bay 😊
Losing excess inches is about balance, eating enough to be fit and healthy, but not over-eating 😊
Good luck 😊
Thanks😊
I either make home made soup or I have a wrap packed with chicken, spinach, red peppers and some chipotle sauce. The weight has dropped off since I gave up bread and cheese.
