Hi sadie786 ,

Welcome to the Healthy Eating forum, and maybe take a look at the NHS Choices website for some motivational tips - lots of information there, and the NHS 12 week plan is good for weight loss - as well as the forum called 'NHS weight loss' - so that's worth a look as well - they have weigh-in groups there if you're interested, which are free and very supportive.

Have a look around the Healthy eating forum too - there are many different 'Topics' and the "healthy recipes" topic is worth a look.
