Hi!Try to eliminate one thing at a time.For example,sugary drinks-only drink water.Then,chips,cookies,and/or candy,one at a time.In one month,you will feel better,as it takes 4 weeks to kick a habit.Good luck!

Hey, i am the same and i am getting married next year. So like you i have started making changes, i went and bought myself a cross trainer and exercise at home cos i am quite conscious about going out. I watch an episode of a tv series and the time flies. I have also started making sure i eat breakfast, i never have time in the morning so i make over night oats the night before and take it to work with me and have it as soon as i get in. Thats my current changes. We are here to help!

Hi and welcome. Take a day at a time and if it feels like a 'bad day' break it up into chunks. A treat occasionally is fine as long as it isn't regular or becomes its treat day on a certain date in the week or month!

See every weight loss as a positive no matter how small or disappointing it may feel and any gain or 'stay the same' as a minor blip. I lost 10 kilos last September gained 6kgs and am now short of half a kilo of losing again. I now know that it is only the occasional treat that is allowable and mine were getting to be too regular!

Good luck
