Have you talked to your endocrinologist about the diet change before starting? What did he/she say?

Please check out the Diabetes Research and Wellness Foundation for the free leaflets. Go to:

drwf.org.uk/diabetes-leaflets

Click on "A Healthy Diet and Diabetes ". You can download, read and/or listen to the leaflet anytime.

Hope this helps.
