Hi Mo1944,
You can see the Topics sections (below the Pinned posts) - there are some 'Healthy Recipes' and also some posts on 'Dieting experiences'.
Across in the NHS weight loss forum, there are more categories on meal and recipe and snack ideas, and also a collated recipe post.
Hopefully you'll find something tasty and healthy, and you can also put a search in the 'Search Healthy Eating' window (above right) to find more specific things.

I have found making a thick soup usually out of different vegetables and having a large cup of it for lunch. Because it is thick it takes longer to leave your stomach so you don't feel hungry. I thicken it with potatoes and blend it. Give it a go. Good Luck
