Hello - I am due to start on weight loss tablets Orlistat from doctor - have done it before but didn't really stick to it. I want to lose 4 stone - feel bloated, horrible, unhealthy and unattractive - something HAS to change! Any tips, advice, support would be most welcome - anyone starting these tablets around the same time please get in touch and perhaps we can motivate each other. Also healthy eating tips gratefully received as obviously I will be overhauling my diet!

Thanks :)
