hi can anyone recomend a good book cook book

after last night eating lamb with mint jelly with vegs no potatoes i have suffered so much wrists swollen having a job to type with my crab like fingers... i need to read up on my foods...done the juicing and that was wonderful but at 9.5 dont want to loose weight juicing really

Have you considered that it may have been the sugar in the mint jelly? Seems to trigger for me.

thankyou for your reply no i had not thought about that.

i have also had alot of rasberries with greek yogurt as a pudding i think maybe these have affected me its getting that i am so afraid to eat now in case it gives me a bad reation
