My diet needs a good kick start. I am a vegetarian and I am trying to find a book or website that will help with my nutrition needs, what I need on a daily basis and what foods are suitable .

I follow a calorie counted plan, and because I like bread, pasta etc I eat very little meat. I like the British Heart Foundation website, it has recipes etc and because it's low fat there are lots of pulses, chick peas etc. I also like curries, and Mediterranean food, and find these work very well without meat. I find eating carbs though out the day helps with my mid afternoon sugar craving.
