Fresh parsley sprinkled on potatoes or soup, one sprig =2-3-4 oranges worth of vitamin c + iron (worthwhile amount) or (1 sprig fresh or dried) parsley tea, as a supplement about two or three times a week - should keep iron levels up a bit. Spinach is highest in iron of everyday greenleaf veg then cabbage which is also good although the amount of greens should only be a normal portion as large quantities can cause gas in the stomach and lead to a condition. Tomatoes and mushrooms have some too though a lesser amount.
