OK!, now can you please tell me more about your food that you eat and also technical information from your MSc on the food that is available today..

Mediterranean diet essentially includes anything we can cultivate and nurture (livestock). What to do mean technical information on food?

How do people lose weight on the Mediterranean diet when the carbs are so high? when Tesco health & wellbeing was still running they had example plans for this diet and the carbs were 200-300g but other diets say you can't lose weight unless your carbs are under 50g (for extreme) or under 100g (for moderate losses)

When the carbs are so low as you say (50-100gr) are for sure under the RDA, which is at least 130 gr for brain function. A neurotransmitter, serotonin, can't be produced. This is the most important one for mental health and well-being, plus makes you stop eating when you are not hungry any more and avoiding binge eating.

Mediterranean diet has Complex carbohydrates with a low glycemic index, that means you have fullfillness feeling for more than having a meal without carbs. There are more that i would like to say about Mediterranean diet but i really don't have much time for now.

Don't hesitate to ask me anything you want.
