Don't count calories, count the healthy foods you're going to start eating every day. You're an adult you know what those healthy foods are, they're the ones you haven't been eating.
Seriously and in a politeness and respect, eating a healthy diet is the only way to lose weight and keep it off permanently. Google a Healthy Foods Diet, and Meal Plan. Get into it. Eat well, walk daily, feel good. count the birds, don't count calories. If you have to count them, you shouldn't be eating whatever it is, {gulp} was. Don't do that again.
You may think you're treating yourself with whatever you eat that You know you shouldn't eat, but you're making yourself unhappy. Why do you want to keep doing that?
Salads, Olive OIl dressing, Steamed, never boiled, Vegetables, no butter, Olive OIl, Grains: Rice, Quinoa, with dinner, Oatmeal or Granola for breakfast with a banana. Fiber twice a day... Lean meats, if you must eat red meat. Must you? Why? Cholesterol, Fat, Antibiotics, Hormones. Eat Fish, Chicken White meat protein. Use Alternate Milks, Soy, Rice, Almond, Turkey Bacon, Eat Eggs sparingly, four a week.
Whoa That's Harsh: Eat some of those foods, OK, fill up the room in your belly where you normally put the baad 40 LB overweight stuff. Do it for several months, see, you will like it.
Eating well, Eating Healthy is a great pleasure, and Night Dancers, nocturnal Flamenco dancers, need to be happy.
