I found this recipe on one of my favourite health sites:
Ginger &Turmeric Health Drink
Boil Ginger root and. Turmeric for 30 minutes leave to stand for a further 30 minutes to fuse.
Put it in the fridge.
Add honey, and drink cold once a day.
Simple!
