Over the past few months everything i've done to improve my health has made my symptoms worse. Even just increasing my vegetable intake makes me worse. Exercising makes me worse. Deep breathing makes it worse. I'm beginning to think my body is going through what people call a "healing crisis". I've been getting this pressure and sometimes burning sensation over my liver area too for the past couple of months. My body is acting very bizzarely too. I have a wart on my finger randomly and i never get warts. I'd say the last time i had a wart was when i was a kid. I'm 21 now. My lips are being sensitive and sort of sticky and slightly stingy. I'm getting weird pin-like pains in my fingers and toes. I'm getting dead legs too. This is all happening when i should be feeling my healthiest based on the choices i've made to not drink nearly as much alcohol as i used to and generally just eating more healthier nutrient dense foods and drinking teas with turmeric and ginger in them.Does anyone here know much about the healing crisis or detox reactions?

The healthier i make my lifestyle the worse i feel?
The tingling sounds like neuropathy. Please let your doctor know and call for an appointment. Please let us know what you find out soon.
I don't know much about your situation, but please don't let it discourage all of your hard work because you sound like you've come a long way! 👍🏻
How much have you cut back on the drinking? I've heard that someone who cuts back on their heavy drinking so abruptly can cause the liver to go into some shock. I hope all goes well, whether you make a doctor's appointment, or decide to just wait it out. Cheers!
I wasn't drinking ALOT in the first place. I was at the doctor all the tests she done came back normal.
Well, that's good to hear. Just be sure to keep your head up. I've been close to your situation before, where the doctors have told me "I don't see what the problem is, because everything looks normal" but I'm just over here like "well I wouldn't make the pain up" 🙄 So I would to do my research online(kinda like you're doing on this forum, to find the closest diagnosis) so the next time I went to the doctor, I would try to "help" them but pinpointing the location that needs scanning/testing and go from there. Sorry if that doesn't make sense, I just got home from work and I'm exhausted. Lol but I do wish you the best of luck and continue getting tested/scanned on the areas of your body that are in pain.
If you can, ask your GP for a copy of your test results and look for anything borderline - essential vitamins should ideally be near the top of the range. Doctor's often tell you your test results are normal, but a borderline result can present all the symptoms, only your doctor won't treat your for them.
How long since you changed up your diet? Because the negative symptoms shouldn't last more the a few weeks - if they do, it does suggest there's something deeper going on. You'd be wise to go back to your GP for further investigation.
For months i've been eating more healthier than usual. The symptoms come and go in waves it seems.
I've done standard blood tests, all thyroid tests, vitamin b12, folate, ferritin, celiac. She reffered me to another GP who can do scans and more advanced testing.
I have been to the doctor? I got tests done she said she doesn't know what's causing my symptoms so she's referring me to a general physician in the city who has more tools available to him and more experience.
How much drink are and were you taking?
Are you eating enough protein? Fat? Are you drinking enough water? What is your definition of a healthy diet? Did you eat a lot of carbs before and now you have cut them out? That can make some people feel crummy...like "keto flu'.
