Hi grahamg,

Cinnamon is known for helping with insulin resistance (typical in type 2 diabetes, if that is your case). Read more here: webmd.com/diabetes/cinnamon...

BUT honey can affect your blood glucose as much as eating sugar, so be careful! Read more here: mayoclinic.org/diseases-con...

In summary, cinnamon is safe and positive for diabetics & honey can be consumed only if considered in your eating plan (amount of carbohydrates and units of insulin etc).

Hope that helps!

Honey is absolutely safe even for diabetics. It is not simple sugar. It contains so many nutrients and enzymes that are helpful even to insulin dependant diabetics. Modem allopathic medical practitioners are largely ignorant of the helpful benefits of pure honey.
