Can I do better?

I just filled in an online questionnaire about my diet,It asked about fats sugar,alcohol,smoking as well as weight.So ok I'm overweight,I have an underactive thyroid and other autoimmune illnesses,but I am a vegetarian and don't eat glutein.I don't drink much or smoke.According to the questionaire,I need to improve my diet as well as loose weight.How can I acheve this?

yes.

If you are in the UK you could ask GP for a referral to a nutritionist and ask for exercise prescription to help guide you into better levels of fitness and health.
