One of my favourite simple recipes is smoked salmon pasta:

Serves 4-6 people

1 package tagliatelle noodles (or other noodles if desired)

300g smoked salmon

300ml half fat crème fraîche

1 bag fresh spinach

1 package cherry tomatoes

Grated parmesan

1) Cook noodles as described on package

2) Chop tomatoes in half, sautee with spinach for a few minutes

3) Combine cooked noodles with sauteed tomatoes/spinach

4) Rip smoked salmon into pieces, add to noodles

5) Add container of crème fraîche and mix all ingredients together

6) Add parmesan, salt & pepper as desired

This sounds fine to me. How about sun dried tomatoes. I am wondering about a suitable diet for my husband who is receiving chemo. I believe that it just consists of nutritious foods.
