love this - exactly what i want too! it's frustrating trying to fit cooking in my busy schedule but most of the yummy recipes i search for have 10+ ingredients. i don't see why that's necessary

Full days meal plans that conform to the eatwell plate. I use 'My Fitness Pal' app which adds up the amount of calories, sugar, fat, protein, carbs etc. I eat each day and it shows I regularly overdo sugar and protein - not because I eat a lot of meat or add sugar to my meals, but because of the amounts of sugar and protein naturally in food, eg sugar free jelly is 'sugar free' but a portion contains up to 1.5g protein and up to .5g sugar. Not a lot maybe, but by the end of the day, the apps calculations are an eye opener to the hidden salt, sugar, fat etc.

I never seem to get the balance right and many of the meal plans out on the web relate to faddy diets and other wacky ideas about 'sensible eating'.

Recipes are always a big hit for me. All aspects of nutrition. The basic facts explained, and metabolism of the body - just anything that comes to mind.

A lot has been said about buying read made meals. Are they all bad? Some older people look on this sort food as a good alternative to Meals on Wheels. They are ready made. I really cant see much wrong with \Birdseye fish.
