What could this be?

I get this pressure over my liver area and a sometimes it hurts too and it's only really been happening in the last few months. It started when i changed to eating lots more vegetables. I was following a healthy diet plan from a nutritionist and i started getting a dull ache over my liver area and there was constant pressure on it. It brought a long symptoms like flaky eyebrows, dull whites of my eyes, red dry skin, blocked sinuses and headaches. I stopped the diet and eventually it went away but now it's back again after i've started exercising properly again. It's actually worse than what my usual symptoms are so it's quite scary. Why is this happening and why does it seem to happen when i try to be healthier?

Hi, I don't know the answer, but wondering it might be a good idea trying a detox diet for say 2 days. I did this once for ? 2 days with eating apples and only drinking lots of water. When I got a bit fed up of eating the apples, my daughter grated them and his helped .. I think I had a headache or two whilst on it. There are various types of detox diets out there. Another one to try would be water melon, especially good for the summer heat.

The kind n quality of pain you should narrate. Also when it comes, what worsens and what makes it go. These are all qs to be evaluated by your doctor. May be it's a muscular pain. I mean you should get it checked by a doctor who can recommend a scan while the pain is there.

Keep us update.

Gud luk.

I talked to my doctor about it i'm being referred to a general physician who can do scans and things like that. I don't know when that will be though.

Yes. That's good. You must know the cause of your ailment.

I'm wondering if it's my body detoxing too fast because the last time this happened was when i started eating healthier and was off alcohol for 3 months. And now it's happened again after i've started exercising along with a sort of flu/cold feeling even though i just had a proper cold last week.
