youtu.be/cEOS2zoyQw4?si=oB_... is the Tai Chi video I started using a few weeks ago. I've moved on to 10 minutes now but doing some every day (or as often as I can) has really helped. It's part of my proactive self care year.

Hi and thank you for this! I looked at classes but they clashed with other commitments so will definitely check this out.

It's great to read what helps others!

No problem. As I have Long Covid with Chronic Fatigue, I've been building up my regular activity really slowly, so this was ideal for me. I'd love to build up enough endurance to do a class but I'm not quite there yet.

Hi :)

I tried to self teach Tai Chi a few years ago. I was successful with yoga but couldn't master this.

I'm going to look at this and give it a shot. I will come back in later and let you know how I did.

Thank you for sharing

I just do what I can, try not to judge if I'm in exactly the right position etc, just move along with the instructor. Look forward to hearing how you find it 💕

I think it's a coordination thing for me or maybe I just had the wrong instructors. I tried many and they gave up

I'm exercising soon so will add this right in

Tai Chi review

5/5

I did the full 10 minutes.

I'm amazed I remember the names of the moves:) I went through it fluently and it's got to be that she is a much easier instructor to follow. I did note that module 1 so maybe I was trying to follow someone that moved much faster.

It was a warm up to my Tuesday exercise routine and I enjoyed it. The arm movements feel so good as I feel tight in my arms and shoulders a lot.

Love it!

Thank you

❤️
