to get out of frozen and paralyzed in overwhelm and fear?
My prefrontal cortex seems it is not working.
I cannot figure out what to do- go to urgent care, make phone calls, walk, just am not thinking, brain is frozen.
thank you...

Inner calm/strength, focus on breathing. Getting fresh air, smells to revive and take focus off the anxiety xxx
Hi Peaceful.
I sent you a message and said that I would put the link to a podcast that has really helped me. The podcast is Affirmation Pod. It helps me to repeat the affirmations out loud. They get into my brain much better than if I repeat them silently.
This is the link to one of my favorite episodes.
Sometimes when too long in trauma mode, it is possible that the body needs to recharge as it is too much. Usually after a period of time the body goes back to some sort of balance. If that's the case then you will need to let it pass and give yourself time your body needs to heal.
If you are physically unwell and need to go to ER then it you would need to try to do things and break it by going to a fight more. Try packing things you will need in the ER and getting there. Calling someone to let them know.
You will need to pack a few things...
Let us know how you are feeling...
thank you Nathalie, thank you SG and BrainIsFull, I am struggling so tying in just one box. Went to ER. And urgent care before that. Got CT scan of brain, they said normal, plus bloodwork, they said normal.
I am dizzy still. I wonder if I have stress, and vertigo? and cptsd all at the same time?
all I can type for now.
well, trying to find out info and such on variable speed ac once again and also on cool roof coating, is that a thing in other countries?
I cannot think too well so trying to rest my brain too.

thank you all very much....I am struggling and just trying to do one thing at at a time. Is it better to get the fastest appt for my NP, psychiatric and also for new pcp instead of researching since I need them asap? I want good ones, ones I like but need my ativan in two weeks or less and need some referrals too...
that’s why when I have Been given directions in what to do I have had them written in cards and have them in my wallet because I never know the day or time it will hit me. Perhaps you could try this. It’s empowering or was for me it was in easy to read steps and stopped me being in a place of always needing others to rescue me.
Do you think this might work for you?
