Hiya, like to share how i deal with my headaches.

I'm trying not to be so pain-killer dependant,so i have come up with a strategy that works for me.After anything that involves movement for any period of time,i have a lay down and rest,as many times as i can, even a small amount of time counts.Apart from every now and then wondering what day it is,it seems to lessen my head pain. Was using a Vape of C.B.D., but didnt work for me,so decided to give the vape thing up all together. After three brain surgeries,it was the simplest that worked the best for me.Hope it works just as well for others.

Kevin.
