I seem to getting a lot of headaches, but they worsen towards the end of the day.

Could anybody who has this explain how they deal with this,as it really is annoying.I'm

on a high dose of ibuprofen, and so far have been juggling pills with sleep when it gets really bad, anybody's advice would be great.

Hiya..

Have you told your GP?

I suffer with headaches too and my GP said headache comes with the damage to my brain..

I find paracetamol work best for me (Aldi’s own brand).

Hi,

Fatigue, stress and pain go hand in hand.

Do you find your cognitive function (processing speeds, memory, word finding etc) decline around the same time?

Daily gabapentin can reduce the duration and intensity but to eliminate them completely you would need to take more than you could to function so I top up with packets of ibuprofen weekly. Not good! They are destroying my stomach!

The only way to really manage it is by pacing and keeping your body/brain working at a healthy level, but it's not always possible to structure your life to allow that.

Will be interested to see the responses of anyone that has this under control.

Thank you for your reply Neverdidmind, have had an idea from moo196,thats is the easiest to start with, simply dropping down on the dosage of ibuprofen, and see if that helps and if it has no effect will try a visit to the doctor for the meds you advise.

Have you had your eyes tested?

Discussed with your gp? My consultant was also clear that too many pain killers may spark more pain. Might be a thought to try none for a few days?
