I think i over done my muscles on left side from the waist down, did far too much walking and walking on uneven surfaces and diving in sand dunes while on uk holiday. I came home and 4 days later it looked like my urine had turned into ribena, doctors diagnoised myoglobin and said its caused from damaged muscles, need to rest up and drink 3 litres of water a day. This stopped after 5 days and muscles started to heal, doctor has since phoned to say all bloods have come back normal except raised calcium and red and white blood tests in urine and the doctor is now referring me for a test to look at the bladder with a camera to see if cancer is present.Has this happened to anyone else.

Thanks for reading
