Hi everyone have found a brilliant bath soak its called Deep Heat Muscle Rescue has electrolyte minerals and essential oils of rosemary and orange. it is really good cant be used if pregnant or breastfeeding i recommend you try it. I have found it really helps my muscles and pain x

They also do a neck and muscle cream .. Which is supposed to be very good according to reviews... Though its only been reviewed by people with normal aches and pain from workouts ... But might be worth a try if it hasn't got any ingredients that interfere with meds.....

Hi Very-Grumpy i did look at the neck and muscle cream but it said do not put on open skin as i suffer with eczema thought i,d best give it a miss but this doesnt affect my skin at all x

I have ordered the muscle cream from amazon it was much cheaper then boots and free delivery .. Am in such pain with neck and muscle spasms at the moment I will try anything

They also sell the bath soak.

H! Thanks for the tip, I will definitely give it a try. One question in return though/ do baths not completely drain/sap your energy? I have had to stop bathing and only shower because I simply can't get out! It leaves me with less strength than I started with and my darling hubby has to lift me out. I have also used a small step/chair too, but this leaves me freezing cold. Any little tips?

Me too! Glad i`m not the only one, i can`t get comfy in a bath, even with a neck support, and, as you say, getting out defeats the object! xx

That sounds great! I didn't know they did anything like that. I use the Deep Heat spray - or u can buy the Boots own brand and it works just as well - as i get really sore knees in the night. I spray it on and then go back to bed and it works every time! I don't like the cream because it is hard to wash off your hands!

Hi crybaby dont have that effect in bath i love having a bath laying back and relaxing i dont really have much choice i live in a council flat so only have a bath. Hope it helps let me know x
