Do I have to take all my paper work t... - Fibromyalgia Acti...
Do I have to take all my paper work to my Tribunal. It's today at 2pm and it's for DLA.I don't think I can carry it !!!
Hi,
I've need advised to take all my paperwork to the tribunal (mine is also today @ 3:40!)
Good luck xx
Sorry, that was supposed to read 'been advised' x
Have you got someone going with you?I have but i've never met him so really not looking forward to it. Good luck with yours. x
I've got a lady from a local charity who help people with DWP claims and appeals. I've met her a couple of times, and she seems helpful. I must admit though, I am terrified. My stomach has been churning all morning, and I can feel myself seizing up where I'm tense. Let me know how you get on you can PM me if you'd prefer xx
Awww good luck to you both xx
Thank you x
Back home with good news.Awarded HRC and HRM .Wow worth waiting for.!!! x
Well done I didn't have such a good time and they still refused my claim unfortunately.
So sorry to hear your bad news.I was very lucky to get three very nice and understanding women on the panel.xx
Absolutely fantastic news, well done! Is it forever or 3 yrs?
Do you suffer from fibro and anything else or just fibro which of course is enough!
The reason I ask is because I get HRM and MRC but only for 3 yrs and then I have to go through it again. I use sticks and sometimes a wheelchair, how about you??
Well done again you must be so relieved, also one last question, do you work? I do part time I am wondering if its easier if you're not working.
I only get until 2015 because it's backdated for one year.I enquired what would happen then and was told i would have to apply again as it would be PIP.What a joke.!! I have Fibro/ME,OA,severe back pain ,depression, and irritable bladder.I don't use sticks or a wheelchair but I do struggle to walk.I am 63 and recently finished work after being off sick for one year.I don't think I will be so scared to go through it again now I know what happens but I do know I was very lucky to get three very nice people on the tribunal panel.I just answered all the questions the best I could.
Good luck to everyone who it going through it all. XX
Well done to you dennydee.
I also won my appeal earlier in March and am already finding the DLA makes a massive difference to my options and choices.
Likewise - good luck to all those going through this.
