I've got a lady from a local charity who help people with DWP claims and appeals. I've met her a couple of times, and she seems helpful. I must admit though, I am terrified. My stomach has been churning all morning, and I can feel myself seizing up where I'm tense. Let me know how you get on :) you can PM me if you'd prefer xx

Absolutely fantastic news, well done! Is it forever or 3 yrs?

Do you suffer from fibro and anything else or just fibro which of course is enough!

The reason I ask is because I get HRM and MRC but only for 3 yrs and then I have to go through it again. I use sticks and sometimes a wheelchair, how about you??

Well done again you must be so relieved, also one last question, do you work? I do part time I am wondering if its easier if you're not working.

I only get until 2015 because it's backdated for one year.I enquired what would happen then and was told i would have to apply again as it would be PIP.What a joke.!! I have Fibro/ME,OA,severe back pain ,depression, and irritable bladder.I don't use sticks or a wheelchair but I do struggle to walk.I am 63 and recently finished work after being off sick for one year.I don't think I will be so scared to go through it again now I know what happens but I do know I was very lucky to get three very nice people on the tribunal panel.I just answered all the questions the best I could.

Good luck to everyone who it going through it all. XX

Well done to you dennydee.

I also won my appeal earlier in March and am already finding the DLA makes a massive difference to my options and choices.

Likewise - good luck to all those going through this.

xx
