help with ESA50

hi can ant one help me just got ESA50 through I know this form is tricky to fill in is there any help organsations to help with the form I have fibro ibs and copd

I also went to CAB - I sent it back had to go for medical - I asked for it to be recorded luckily found out yesterday am in the support group x

You may have a service in your area usually associated with MIND charity whereby you can ask for an advocate to help fill in the forms and they can usually provide this advocacy service through the whole process.

Here is a thread where it is discussed in more detail, with links explaining advocacy. It may be worth finding out if there is a service locally

Hi

Have you got a local welfare rights office near you, they can help. If you get the Benefits and Work guides on filling in the ESA form they were invaluable. I am a member and only used the guides and I got into the support group without needing a medical. The guides are really helpful. It can be daunting filling in the forms on your own but the guides give great advice and support. Good luck.
