If you describe your symptoms to your GP if he's good he will diagnose it or they can send you to a pain clinic where they will pick it up... If you have it you most likely know cos its the most painful muscle feeling I have ever felt.... Imagine pulling a muscle the. Having it tighten up into a hard knot and then someone prodding it with sharp knife... I have trigger point injections to help, but its still not nice

Oh bless you. I have FM but the pain iam in most of the time makes me think it could be something else. I will defo tell my gp about this and see what she comes up with. Hope you have a pain free weekend thankyou x
